My Beef and Pork Lasagna is proper Italian comfort food. I have done the hard work so you can bring that homestyle experience to your table without spending the whole day cooking.

This recipe is built on a traditional family base that I have refined over the years. I use a blend of quality beef and pork, slow cooked with tomatoes and vegetables until the flavour deepens and settles the way it should. Each tray is layered by hand with tender pasta sheets and finished with a smooth béchamel that melts perfectly when baked. 

My lasagnas aren’t heavy or overly rich. I have taken the time to make sure they suit the whole family, balanced in flavour and easy to enjoy. If you like a saucy lasagna, then this is the one for you.
