At Molinari's Deli, every meal is handmade in small batches using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and absolutely no additives or preservatives. I take immense pride in bringing authentic, home-style flavors to your table with simple, honest food made with genuine care.

My story begins in Far North Queensland, where my Italian heritage was at the heart of everything we did. I learned the art of cooking and developed a deep, lifelong love for food through my Nonna and Mum, watching them turn simple ingredients into memories. For a long time, I worked in the corporate world, but the dream of following my passion for food never left me. Eventually, I decided to take the leap, leave the office behind, and start Molinari's Deli.

I am a firm believer in the paddock to plate experience, and I make it a priority to support our local producers and farmers whenever possible. Beyond the kitchen, I have a great love for creating content and partnering with other businesses to help showcase their own unique brands and products. While my roots are in Italian classics, I love creating all types of food, including the art of slow BBQ and smoked meats.
