There’s something special about a proper Italian meal shared at the table.
My version of Italian Meatballs are made to bring that homestyle feeling home, without the hours of prep. Just heat, serve and enjoy.
The recipe is built on a traditional family base that I have developed over years of cooking and testing. I use quality cuts of meat from the butcher, blended with fresh herbs and carefully selected ingredients to get the balance just right. Each meatball is hand rolled, weighed for consistency, and slow simmered in a rich tomato sauce.
They’re full of flavour without being heavy. Tender, saucy and ready to go.
Serve them over spaghetti, load them into a proper meatball sub, or enjoy them on their own as a quick, satisfying meal. However you use them, they taste like they’ve been made from scratch.
And yes, they are saucy. And they are delicious.
